Shocking new Jasper wildfire revelations put blame on Parks Canada

The parliamentary committee probing the Jasper wildfire response are uncovering shocking new revelations which shift the blame on Parks Canada and the federal government. According to new testimony, a private fire fighting crew with over 50 trucks and 20 fire fighters was turned around by Parks Canada while the fire raged in July. This on top of allegations from former Parks Canada staff about fire prevention incompetence is turning up the heat and the pressure on Trudeau’s environment minister Steven Guilbeault.

Of course, no amount of evidence could convince the Trudeau government that the Jasper Wildfire could have been started by anything other than climate change.

NATO urges Canada to prepare for a conventional war

NATO is urging Canada to prepare for a conventional war against our enemies. This at a time when the Canadian government has completely neglected the crumbling state of Canada's armed forces. Morale is low, attrition is up and there isn't even enough ammunition for the military. The situation continues to get worse for Canada.

What's wrong with these people?

Canadian life is now so miserable that young people are openly admitting to stealing from grocery stores on podcasts. Not only that, but seniors are also stealing. Close to 25% of Canadians have a poverty standard of living, and close 1.8 million children in Canada live below the poverty line. This is not normal and it appears Canadians are culturally regressing under the crippling financial pressure.

Newcomers in Canada are also stealing from the grocery store and filming themselves doing it. Why are these people in Canada in the first place when they clearly do not respect our laws?

A Totalitarian Bill

Bill C-63 is one of the most dangerous pieces of legislation in Canadian history. If passed, Justin Trudeau’s Online Harms Act will silence conservatives on social media for fear that they might end up in prison...that’s not a joke. For spreading “hate speech” online, a Canadian could be given a life sentence. The Attorney General could force you to wear a tracking device if he believes you MIGHT commit “hate speech” offences in the future. This is what is being debated right now on the floor on the House of Commons.

Re-writing History

Greg Piasetzki toured the newly renovated Bellevue House in August, the Parks Canada monument to John A. Macdonald, and was appalled at the historical inaccuracies and maligning of Macdonald throughout the house where he once lived. Everything about Macdonald today except for one or two biographies written decades ago is a carefully curated slander against not only the man but his creation – Canada. In Piasetzki's belief, Macdonald is not only innocent against the claims of genocide for which he stands accused, but Macdonald actually saved more Indigenous lives than any other prime minister in the history of Canada.

‘Russians at War’ movie screening protest in Toronto

The highly controversial Canadian documentary ‘Russians at War’ finally premiered at TIFF this week after being suspended due to heavy protests against the film and threats made against film festival staff from pro-Ukraine protesters. Protesters, as well as Canadian politicians and Ukrainian diplomats, label the publicly funded documentary “Russian propaganda” and argue that it seeks to whitewash Russian war crimes. The directors of the film categorically deny the accusations and maintain that their documentary is an anti-war film.

The director, Anastasia Trofimova, a Russian-Canadian woman who previously worked for the CBC and RT, formerly Russia Today (a state-sponsored Russian media company), embeds herself with a Russian military unit in occupied Ukraine and documents the daily struggle of Russian soldiers as they become disillusioned with their country’s war effort and lose sight of what they’re fighting for.
