Ontario man left to die because he was unvaccinated
July 31, 2023
The story of Garnet Harper is a tragedy that exposes the reality that Canada is still very much under a medical tyranny. Harper, 35, died in May
after needing a kidney transplant and being denied access to the kidney donor wait list because he was unvaccinated. Harper even had brothers
willing to offer up their own kidneys to donate to him but still the London Health Science Centre refused to let Harper get a kidney due to his
vaccination status.
In the wake of Harper’s death, the London Health Science Centre (LHSC) eventually changed their vaccine requirement to a recommendation but only for kidney transplants. The LHSC still requires two doses of vaccine in order to receive a heart or lung transplant.

Can Canadian law be saved?
June 16, 2023
The Andrew Lawton Show:
On C2C: Can Canadian law be saved?
Many legal challenges against Canadian Covid restrictions and mandates have fallen flat, with judges embracing deference to government focusing more on
the “reasonable limits” to Charter freedoms rather than the freedoms themselves. Beyond this, professional misconduct processes are weaponized against
dissident thinkers, longstanding legal norms have been upended, and public confidence in the law impugned. Law professor and C2C Journal contributor
Bruce Pardy says there’s been a “descent of Canada’s legal system into Alice-in-Wonderland surrealism, a state that poses dangers to virtually every
Canadian and to the future of the rule of law itself.”

Legal Canons and Social Fables

C2C Article:
Legal Canons and Social Fables: The Law in Canada Has Never Been Perfect but Now it is Losing its Way
The law in Canada is being transformed from a shield to protect citizens into a weapon wielded by agents of the state.
Unashamed racial discrimination in the name of equality. Judges refusing to hear scientific evidence and basing life-altering rulings on mere assumptions.
Public institutions brazenly claiming to be above the law – and courts agreeing. Jurists upending unambiguous constitutional provisions. Public
intellectuals enduring professional misconduct investigations for the crime of applying their intellect. Professionals punished for exercising independent
judgment. Bruce Pardy surveys the descent of Canada’s legal system into Alice-in-Wonderland surrealism, a state that poses dangers to virtually every
Canadian and to the future of the rule of law itself.
